Withdraw Money Policy

NFCPay Wallet provides withdrawal services exclusively to approved merchant accounts. This policy explains the requirements, verification procedures, processing methods, and compliance obligations related to withdrawing funds from your NFCPay Wallet balance.
By using the Withdraw Money feature, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Merchant Eligibility
Withdrawals are only available to users who:
Have an active NFCPay merchant account.
Have completed account verification requirements.
Have a valid and active Stripe account.
Have successfully connected their Stripe account to NFCPay.
Have added a valid Stripe Secret Key within their merchant dashboard.
Remain in compliance with NFCPay policies and applicable laws.
Personal wallet accounts cannot withdraw funds unless specifically approved by NFCPay.
2. Withdrawal Methods
NFCPay currently supports two withdrawal methods for verified merchants.
Method 1 – Merchant Dashboard Withdrawal
Approved merchants may submit withdrawal requests directly through the Money Out section of their dashboard:

For security and fraud prevention purposes, the first withdrawal request from every merchant account is subject to manual review by NFCPay administrators.
Once approved, future withdrawals may be processed automatically depending on account history, transaction activity, compliance status, and risk assessment.
Method 2 – Manual Withdrawal Assistance
Merchants may also request a withdrawal through NFCPay support.
In such cases:
The merchant must verify account ownership.
NFCPay may request identity verification.
Transaction history may be reviewed.
Additional security checks may be performed.
Manual withdrawals are generally used when:
Technical issues occur.
Stripe connection problems exist.
Additional verification is required.
Administrative assistance is requested.
3. First Withdrawal Verification
To protect merchants, customers, and payment partners from fraud and unauthorized access, the first withdrawal from every merchant account requires manual approval.
Verification may include:
Identity confirmation.
Merchant account review.
Business verification.
Stripe account validation.
Source of funds review.
Fraud prevention checks.
After successful approval, future withdrawals may qualify for faster processing.
4. Stripe Account Requirements
All withdrawal recipients must maintain an active Stripe account.
The Stripe account:
Must belong to the merchant requesting the withdrawal.
Must be legally owned by the account holder or business.
Must remain in good standing.
Must comply with Stripe's terms and policies.
NFCPay reserves the right to reject withdrawals associated with invalid, suspended, restricted, or fraudulent Stripe accounts.
5. Processing Times
Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on:
Account verification status.
Compliance reviews.
Stripe processing times.
Banking network delays.
Public holidays and weekends.
Typical processing:
Initial withdrawal review: 1–3 business days.
Approved withdrawals: typically processed within 24 hours.
Bank settlement times vary by country and financial institution.
6. Compliance and Fraud Prevention
NFCPay may delay, suspend, reject, or investigate any withdrawal request when necessary to:
Prevent fraud.
Protect merchants and customers.
Comply with anti-money laundering regulations (AML).
Comply with Know Your Customer requirements (KYC).
Comply with sanctions screening requirements.
Meet regulatory obligations.
Additional documentation may be requested before approval.
7. Withdrawal Limits
NFCPay reserves the right to apply:
Daily limits.
Weekly limits.
Monthly limits.
Risk-based limits.
Country-specific limits.
Limits may be adjusted without prior notice when required for compliance, security, or operational reasons.
8. Rejected Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be rejected if:
Stripe credentials are invalid.
Stripe Secret Key is missing.
Merchant verification is incomplete.
Suspicious activity is detected.
Regulatory requirements are not satisfied.
Insufficient wallet balance exists.
If a withdrawal is rejected, funds will remain available within the merchant wallet unless otherwise required by law or payment provider rules.
9. Fees
Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be displayed before confirmation.
Additional fees may be charged by:
Stripe
Banks
Payment providers
Currency conversion providers
NFCPay is not responsible for fees charged by third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
NFCPay acts as a financial technology platform and does not operate as a bank.
NFCPay cannot guarantee:
Immediate processing.
Bank processing times.
Stripe settlement times.
Availability of third-party financial services.
NFCPay is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions, regulatory authorities, or compliance reviews.
