NFCPay Refund Policy (Updated & Integrated Version 2025)
At NFCPay, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for transactions made through our platform. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Unauthorized Transactions:
If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred on your account, you must report it to us within 30 days of the transaction date. We will investigate the claim, and if confirmed as unauthorized, a refund will be issued.
Technical Errors:
If a transaction fails due to a technical error on our platform, resulting in an incorrect charge, you may be eligible for a refund. Please report the issue to our customer support team as soon as possible.
Service Errors:
If a payment was made in error due to a system malfunction or incorrect processing by NFCPay, you may request a refund. Proof of the error may be required to process your request.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
Completed Transactions:
Refunds cannot be processed for completed transactions where the goods or services have already been received as intended.
Merchant Issues:
NFCPay is a payment facilitator and is not responsible for disputes related to the quality or delivery of goods or services. Refunds in such cases must be handled directly with the merchant.
User Errors:
Transactions resulting from user mistakes (incorrect recipient, wrong amount, duplicate payments, etc.) are generally not eligible for refunds. Users should verify all details before confirming a transaction.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

Send your request via email or the in-app support chat with your transaction details, including the date, amount, and reason for the refund request.
Investigation:
Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or documentation. This process typically takes 5–10 business days.
Refund Decision:
If approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
4. Refund Exceptions
Some transactions may include non-refundable fees or charges imposed by payment providers. Users should review the terms associated with each transaction before proceeding.
5. Modifications to the Refund Policy
NFCPay may update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website and app, and the effective date will be updated. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
6. KYC Verification and Release of Funds
To comply with international financial regulations and the requirements of our payment partners (including Stripe, PayPal, and global banking networks), all users must complete identity verification (KYC) using accurate and truthful personal information. Accounts that do not complete KYC will remain restricted, and any deposited funds may remain temporarily on hold until verification is complete.
NFCPay does not store, control, or release user funds. All deposits, transfers, and withdrawals are handled exclusively by licensed payment providers. NFCPay cannot manually release funds held by Stripe, PayPal, or any banking partner, and cannot override their compliance procedures.
Funds held during KYC review are never connected to personal debt, private creditors, collection agencies, civil financial disputes, or any form of debt recovery. Neither NFCPay nor its payment partners release funds to debt collectors, lenders, private creditors, or state agencies for matters related to debt.
Funds may only remain restricted when required by law, including cases involving fraud investigations, criminal activity, sanctions, anti-money-laundering controls, or international security regulations.
If KYC is not completed, funds may be returned automatically to the original payment method according to the policies of the payment provider.
