1. Eligibility for Refunds

Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe that an unauthorized transaction has occurred on your account, you must notify NFCPay as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the transaction date.
We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, work with the relevant payment provider to determine whether a refund is available.
Technical Errors
A refund may be considered when a transaction fails due to a technical malfunction, duplicate processing, system interruption, or incorrect charge caused directly by NFCPay systems.
Processing Errors
If a payment was processed incorrectly due to an operational error by NFCPay or one of our payment partners, users may be eligible for a refund following review and verification.
Supporting documentation may be required.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following circumstances:
Completed Transactions
Transactions that have been successfully completed and where the intended recipient has received the funds are generally irreversible.
Merchant Disputes
NFCPay acts as a payment technology platform and is not responsible for disputes involving:
Product quality
Service quality
Delivery issues
Contractual disagreements between buyers and sellers
Such disputes must be resolved directly between the customer and the merchant.
User Errors
Refunds are normally not available when the transaction was completed using information entered by the user, including:
Incorrect recipient details
Incorrect wallet address
Wrong payment amount
Duplicate payments initiated by the user
Voluntary transfers
Users are responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirming payment.
3. Refund Request Process
Step 1 – Contact Support
Refund requests should be submitted through:
NFCPay in-app support
Official customer support channels

Transaction reference number
Transaction date
Transaction amount
Detailed explanation of the issue
Step 2 – Investigation
NFCPay and relevant payment providers may review:
Account activity
Transaction records
Identity verification information
Security logs
Supporting documents
Most investigations are completed within 5–10 business days, although complex cases may require additional time.
Step 3 – Refund Decision
If approved, refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer and may take up to 10 business days after approval.
4. Fees and Non-Refundable Charges
Certain fees may not be refundable, including:
Third-party processing fees
Network fees
Currency conversion fees
Banking fees
Regulatory compliance fees
Users should review applicable fees before completing transactions.
5. Chargebacks and Disputed Payments
Users should contact NFCPay before initiating a chargeback through their bank or card issuer.
Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated chargeback activity may result in:

NFCPay reserves the right to challenge invalid chargeback claims.
6. Identity Verification (KYC) and Compliance Reviews
To comply with international financial regulations, anti-money laundering laws (AML), counter-terrorism financing regulations (CTF), and the requirements of our payment partners, users may be required to complete identity verification (KYC).

Accounts that fail to complete required verification may experience limitations on certain services.
7. Payment Providers and Custody of Funds
NFCPay is a financial technology platform and does not operate as a bank.
Payment processing, card transactions, and certain regulated financial services may be provided by licensed payment providers and banking partners, including but not limited to:

Licensed payment institutions
Card network providers
Where required by law or compliance procedures, payment providers may temporarily review, delay, reject, or reverse transactions.
NFCPay cannot override regulatory decisions made by licensed financial institutions or payment providers.
